What an outstanding spot in Alpharetta. I grabbed dinner with a friend of mine, we spent about three hours eating and catching up. The staff were very helpful recommending things to try. They hot the target every time. Gorgeous setting, great food and drinks too. What more could you want.

CMON TO FOGON | a solid restaurant in downtown Alpharetta for a good time! Street parking is limited during peak dining hours and basically anytime over the weekend, so definitely recommend parking in the free public parking deck and walking over! I attended a birthday dinner and had a lovely time sipping on espresso martinis (solid one at Fogon!) and munching on light bites - the Baja ceviche tostada is a refreshing must, along with the Mexican Caesar salad, which balance out the heavier manchego mac and cheese. Because life is about balance, is it not? Tbh the best version of girl's dinner. I'll definitely be back to order a full meal next time, but Fogon is definitely the hot spot on Roswell St!

We had a very nice meal at Fogón and Lions. I would call this an A+ experience. First, to my surprise, this tapas restaurant had a tapa from my Puerto Rico- sorullitos! And they were delicious!! The service was amazing: our server was attentive, and knew the menu well. Other staff came by and helped as well. All the food was excellent! The drinks were tasty as well. Presentation was beautiful. It was a very cold day and they had fires going outside- it made for a beautiful ambiance! This is definitely a place to visit over & over again.

Stopped in here on a whim with my two besties for a girls night and had a great time! We ended up just taking a few seats at the bar and enjoyed some apps and drinks. Bartender was wonderful and the Delgado's beef empanadas were fantastic! We also ordered the guacamole which had some fresh pickled mango on top and was probably some of the best guacamole I've had out in a long time. I also really appreciated that they had mocktails on the menu under the "0" Proof section, and I decided to go with La Roja which included cranberry, guava, and lemon-lime soda and garnished with a snippet of fresh mint. It was just what I wanted and super tasty! I will certainly come back for another visit and full dining experience so I can try some other menu items.

Full disclosure.....we have met the owner Julio, chef and family and come back very frequently. This is a gem among Alpharetta eateries. Make sure to get reservations on weekends. Its packed and busy. The menu has a Spanish flare (Spain) with Tapas and Charcuterie leading the way. You can see some of the Puerto Rican flavors with the Spanish dishes. The wine menu has exactly the selection my wife love with the Rioja's, Italian and French choices.

Let's start with the location and decor - it's fabulous! Right in the heart of downtown Alpharetta! They have a large, outdoor, pet-friendly patio along with an indoor/outdoor bar. There is also plenty of space inside. When we visited, there were twinkle lights hung on the patio, adding to the chill date-night vibe. The cocktails are delicious! I ordered and espresso martini and they make it with coconut rum which was a unique and tasty variation. My husband enjoyed a beer. We had the guac and chips as an appetizer, and it was really good guacamole! Not too garlicky and a nice chunky scoop-able texture. We ordered the steak, medium rare, and it came out a little more medium-well, but the waitress was quick to offer a replacement. She was kind and attentive to us the entire time. We will definitely be back, and I know I'll be bringing my girlfriends here for those coconut espresso martinis! Yum!

Great places for cocktails and overall good grub. They offer both and lunch and dinner menu. The latter having more options. The cocktails, the sangria, the music, the staff, the management, the appetizers, and the main courses were all superb. And the charcuterie is so good! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the downtown Alpharetta area!
